This position is located at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK.

This person will be responsible for developing requested reports from the Clarity data base, as well as facilitating the development, modification, and adherence to a system wide reporting strategy focused on standardization whenever possible.

Duties include creating and modifying clinical and financial reports, issue troubleshooting, and fostering of best practice across system users. The person must be able to function with minimal supervision/direction, regularly operates under deadlines and may be subject to heavy workloads. Development of data extracts that will be used to move data into other systems or to external vendors designed to meet colleague needs and requirements. Facilitates the development, modification, and adherence to a system wide reporting strategy.

Provide guidance and assistance for other Report Development staff members to ensure efficient and effective responses to reporting needs. Develop standard reporting solutions and/or ad hoc data extracts to support the needs of decision makers across the system. Researches, analyzes, and understands entity work flow in order to facilitate report writing and support of other report writers. Facilitates system wide data integrity and standardization as identified by system leaders and/or functional quality teams.

Knowledge and understanding of IT systems concepts, including application architecture, interface processes, networking, multidimensional modeling, data warehouse concepts and data manipulation.

Experience should include creating and using stored procedures, temp tables, sub-queries, and temporary indexes. Experience with Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and SQL Management Studio. Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench and Business Objects Crystal Report Writer are preferred. Demonstrate a verbal ability to translate technical information into terminology understood by all levels within the organization.

Bachelor’s degree required. Two years of experience in report prefer the experienced to be in the health care industry.

Three years of experience in SQL query development, prefer the experience to be in the health care industry
